Honey Glazed Carrot
  • carrot - 8 to 10

  • honey - 4 tsp

  • cooking oil - 2 tbsp

  • pepper powder to taste

  • salt to taste
Wash and peel off carrots. Cut cubes of carrots in equal shapes. Take Oil in a pan and fry carrots untill golden.
Add honey and fry again for 5-6 minutes in medium flame.
Add salt and pepper powder accordingly after frying.
Serve Chilled with tomato sauce.
